When asking the tour guide when we would visit he became very offensive and rude. Additionally please note that the Behind the falls experience is not included in this package despite the…”

“I might have been better off driving myself. I would have been happy with just the visit to the falls and the cruise. All the stops were basically tourist traps and didn’t add anything for me except for wasted time. Also, took 3 hrs to get back because we left at 4 and there was a game that evening. 11 hr trip for 2 hrs of time I wanted to spend at the falls. Also, they didn’t pick me up at an hotel but gave me a location to meet the bus at, so pay attention to the pickup places.”
