“We took VIP package and it was great from pick up to drop off. Service was great, the show was excellent, food was good. The cruise was around 2hours but we were on board an hour ago. So total 3 hours. The show is basically same for both vip and others. The difference is probably the service level and food. Unfortunately it was raining and cold outside hence the windows became blurry so we couldn’t see outside. It would be good if they engage someone to clean the windows with a cloth time to time in such situations. Then people could still enjoy the view.”
